What this site is
This site reproduces warnings published by financial regulators. Each entry states which authority published the warning and when, and links to the original notice.
The site does not make independent allegations about any company. It reports what public authorities have published.
Accuracy
FILL IN — a statement that entries reflect what a regulator published at a point in time; that regulators may withdraw warnings; that entries are rechecked and marked withdrawn when that happens; and how to report an error.
Absence of a warning
An absence of any entry about a company is not a statement that the company is legitimate. It means only that no connected regulator has published a warning under that name.
