What this site is

This site reproduces warnings published by financial regulators. Each entry states which authority published the warning and when, and links to the original notice.

The site does not make independent allegations about any company. It reports what public authorities have published. It conducts no investigations, takes no position on whether any allegation is true, and receives no payment from anyone in connection with any entry.

Accuracy

Each entry reflects what a regulator had published at a point in time. It is a record of a statement, not a continuing assertion about a company's present conduct.

Regulators withdraw warnings. Companies obtain authorisation. Circumstances change, and this site will not always learn of it on the day it happens. Where a warning is withdrawn by the authority that issued it, the entry here is marked withdrawn rather than deleted, so the record of what was published, and of when it stopped applying, stays visible.

Entries are rechecked against the regulators' own sources. Despite that, an entry may be out of date, incomplete, or mistaken.

Reporting an error. Write to info@scammersexpose.com, giving the exact address of the page concerned and what you say is wrong. Reports are examined and, where an entry is inaccurate or has been overtaken by events, it is corrected, marked withdrawn, or removed.

Absence of a warning

An absence of any entry about a company is not a statement that the company is legitimate, authorised, or safe to deal with. It means only that no regulator connected to this register has published a warning under that name. New platforms appear faster than any authority can list them.

Verify any provider directly with your own national regulator before sending money.

No advice

Nothing on this site is legal, financial, tax or investment advice, and nothing here should be relied on as a basis for a financial decision. No relationship of adviser and client arises from using this site.

Sources and copyright

Entries reproduce material published by public authorities and are used on the following bases: for EU authorities, Directive (EU) 2019/1024 on open data and the re-use of public sector information, together with § 5 UrhG, which places official works outside copyright in Germany; for United States federal authorities, 17 U.S.C. § 105, under which works of the US government are not subject to copyright.

Company names, website addresses and trade marks appear solely to identify the subject of an official warning. No affiliation with, or endorsement by, any named party is claimed or implied.

The arrangement, commentary and written pages on this site are the operator's own work.

Links to other sites

This site links to regulators' original notices and to other external pages. Their content is the responsibility of their operators alone. No external page was found to contain unlawful content at the time it was linked, and external pages are not monitored continuously.

Availability

The site is provided free of charge and without any undertaking that it will be available, complete, or uninterrupted. It may be changed, suspended or discontinued at any time.

Liability

Liability is accepted without limitation for injury to life, body or health, for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, and under the Produkthaftungsgesetz.

In the case of slight negligence, liability arises only where an obligation has been breached whose fulfilment makes proper performance possible in the first place and on whose observance you may reasonably rely (a Kardinalpflicht), and is then limited to the damage that was foreseeable and typical for this kind of free, informational service.

Beyond this, liability is excluded. In particular, no liability is accepted for decisions taken on the basis of an entry, or on the basis of the absence of an entry.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under mandatory consumer protection law that cannot be excluded by agreement.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be amended. The version in force is the one published here, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.

Governing law and place of jurisdiction

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are habitually resident, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country.

Where you are a merchant, a legal person under public law, or a special fund under public law, the place of jurisdiction is Munich, Germany.

Severability

If a provision of these terms is or becomes invalid, the remainder is unaffected.
