Recovery-Scam Warnings
When we identify and document a specific recovery-scam operator targeting our readers. These are the ones we move fastest on.
Regional Updates
Country-specific advisories where relevant โ UK PSR changes, NASC enforcement, India 1930 process updates, US state-AG actions.
Annual Trends Report
Once a year โ our full synthesis of the past year’s scam landscape. Subscribers get it first, free to forward.
What You Will NOT Receive
- Recovery-service promotions. Ever. See our Anti-Recovery-Scam Pledge โ that commitment extends to every channel including email.
- Affiliate offers within scam coverage. If we ever introduce affiliates elsewhere on the site, they will be transparently disclosed and never within newsletter content covering active scam topics.
- “Sponsored content” disguised as editorial. No native advertising. No paid placements. No sponsor mentions woven into scam guides.
- Frequency spam. No “we noticed you haven’t opened our last 3 emails!” nudges. No re-engagement campaigns. If you stop reading, we stop emailing โ that’s the deal.
- Behaviour-based retargeting. No “you read about romance scams so here’s an article about romance scams” autopilot. Newsletters are hand-curated, not algorithm-driven.
- Your email shared with third parties. Not sold. Not “partnered”. Not exchanged. Not given to data brokers or analytics services beyond the strict minimum needed to deliver email.
Privacy & Data Handling
The newsletter is GDPR-compliant by design. Our practices:
- Double opt-in. You confirm via email link before you’re added. No back-door signups. No pre-checked boxes.
- Minimal data. We store your email address and the date you subscribed. That’s it. No name, no IP geo-location, no fingerprinting.
- Processor only. Email is delivered through a reputable newsletter service (the specific provider is listed in our Privacy Policy). They process emails on our behalf under a data processing agreement.
- No tracking pixels by default. We disable open-tracking where the platform allows. We may use minimal click-tracking on links to internal scammersexpose.com content for our own page-popularity analytics โ never for individual profiling.
- One-click unsubscribe. Always at the top and bottom of every email. Unsubscribe is processed instantly and your email is deleted (not flagged “unsubscribed” โ actually deleted).
- Data deletion on request. Email info@scammersexpose.com with subject “GDPR deletion request” and we’ll confirm deletion within 48 hours.

Why Subscribe?
You don’t strictly need to. Everything we publish is free, accessible without an account, and never gated behind subscription. The website is the canonical source.
The newsletter exists for one reason: some scams move faster than search-engine indexing. When a new tactic is hitting hard โ a specific deepfake campaign, a major regulator advisory, a new recovery-scam operator we’ve identified โ getting that warning into your inbox within hours rather than weeks can prevent real loss.
If that’s useful to you, subscribe. If not, just bookmark scammersexpose.com and check back when needed. We’re not measuring success by subscriber count.
Prefer not to subscribe? That’s fine too.
Bookmark our Scam Alerts page โ we update it as new scams emerge. Or follow our Statistics Hub for quarterly trend updates.
